INGREDIENTS –
Jim Beam 50ml
Orange Juice 30ml
Sugar Syrup 20ml
Lemon Juice 20ml
Red Wine to float 20ml
Ice
Method: Shake and strain all ingredients apart from the wine, through a cocktail sieve. Pour into a chilled tumbler glass, add some cubes of ice and then carefully pour the red wine on top to make a top layer onto the other ingredients.
