The practice facilities at Meldrum House are world-class and extend to 24 acres with a dozen target greens, short game area, and a driving range powered by Toptracer technology.
From driving to chipping, swing geometry to putting, we’ll help you improve everything – all in the same pristine environment as the rest of the course.
If you are staying at the hotel, you can work on your game and are welcome to use the practice facilities. Get in touch with our Pro Shop to purchase tokens for range balls and hit them on our range or short game area known as Chipping Alley. Our professional staff are available to help you with your game. Book before you arrive by emailing club@meldrumhouse.com or ask at our hotel Reception on your arrival. Latest Technology and Expert Tuition
We are delighted to announce that we have invested in the the latest Toptracer system in 13 of our driving bays.
When Toptracer invented driving range technology, they reinvented the driving range experience.
Features that sets it apart from other systems is that Toptracer provides shot stats like ball speed, apex, curve, carry and more. The shot traces can be integrated into virtual course graphics to animate the ball’s trajectory. While some ball-tracing technologies can only track shots off the tee or on the range, Toptracer is able to trace shots from anywhere on the course.
The cameras in our bays are able to trace every shot hit off the practice tee and display them on a giant LED screen, along with a plethora of stats, so you can analyse everything about your game.
Download the APP and you can track your results every time you are practising and also play other top courses within the world using the technology.
Also, if you are looking to check your distances with each club you can add each club to your profile in the App under “My Practice” which will enable you to make informed decisions on which clubs to buy or leave out of your bag.
