We were honoured to host this year’s Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland 2022 dinner for 180 fellow hoteliers, peers and guests at the hotel.
Our Managing Director Jordan, is Chair of the Grampian Committee and we pulled off an amazing night of fun, food and fundraising, culminating in a record £21k raised on the night.
This night is all about celebrating the future of our industry and promoting the 2023 scholarships to the upcoming stars of hospitality.
We had our own table of scholars and were very proud when Toni Findlay, our Head Receptionist and Melina Riddoch, our Guest Experience Co-ordinator took a Q&A on the night in front of their peers, promoting the benefits of their recent scholarship in Management.

Our Head Chef created a stunning menu and the night peaked in style with entertainment from Tartan Entertainment Group, the company that we’ve also lined up for our Christmas Party Nights.
