Meeting & Event Spaces
Ballroom
Our largest space which is perfect for bigger gatherings. With a private entrance, beautiful views, dedicated bar space and breakout room, this versatile room can accommodate any number of events from lunches, presentations, dinners or galas.
The Stables
Set within a beautifully restored Grade A stable block, this room has been transformed into a spacious, purpose-built reception and meeting room with a breakout space and catering available alongside upgraded AV technology.
Boardroom
Located in the Estate Wing, our purpose created Boardroom is ideal for up to 10 delegates, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, natural light from above, and a Nespresso coffee and hot drinks machine.
The Dining Domes
Surrounded by the beauty of the estate and offering a unique private dining space, our Domes capture the charm of al fresco eating, without any of the weather. Intimate and atmospheric, each dome offers a memorable setting that is so uniquely Meldrum House.
The Library
Perfect for smaller gatherings, the Library can seat up to 16 guests for meetings, intimate dining and celebrations. Can be interconnected with The Games Room to create a break out room or one large room event space
The Games Room
The larger of our two private spaces within the Manor House and ideal for dining or drinks receptions for up to 40 guests. The Games Room can also be interconnected with the Library to create a break out room or one large room event space

What type of meetings and events can you host?
Any type of event - Whether you are planning a board meeting, strategy session, conference, leadership retreat, product launch, awards dinner or company celebration or reward our flexible event spaces mean we can cater to your needs and objectives via a tailored event.
How many delegates can your event spaces accommodate?
Our event spaces cater for everything from intimate meetings for two to conferences of up to 260 delegates.
What is included in your meeting and conference packages?
Our day delegate packages include room hire, complimentary fibre wi-fi, screen, projector, flipchart, stationary, mineral water, tea and coffee on arrival and throughout the day, chef's break refreshments, and a two-course lunch. Residential packages are bespoke event itineraries, including dinner options are also available.
Do you offer overnight accommodation for delegates?
Yes. We have 51 beautifully appointed bedrooms and suites across the historic Manor House, Estate Wing and restored Stables, as well as the private five-bedroom Chain Lodge for group stays. We can accommodate 55 guests single occupancy, and 110 guests double occupancy. Residential conference packages can be tailored to suite your event.
Is Meldrum House easy to reach?
Located in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, Meldrum House is approximately 30 minutes from Aberdeen City Centre and 20 minutes from Aberdeen Airport. The hotel offers complimentary on-site parking, making it convenient for delegates travelling by car, rail or air.
Can you help organise team-building activities?
Yes. Alongside our meeting facilities, we can arrange bespoke team-building experiences including laser clays, golf on our championship course, whisky tastings with local distilleries, and other outdoor activities such as archery, karting and Segways through trusted local partners.
Will we have a dedicated event planner?
Yes. Every booking has a dedicated event planner to work alongside you to ensure all your requirements are met. You will also have an on-site conference and events manager dedicated to your event on the day.
