Indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience

at the Titan Sky Bar on Sunday, 17th March, where our Queen of Puddings, Alanna Taylor, will share her expertise in a cooking demonstration together with Pastry Chef Suzanne Baxter.

Alanna recently earned two silver medal as part of the Scottish team at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart in February 2024. Suzanne & Alanna oversee the pastry department at Meldrum House and since the summer of 2022, they have been exploring various themes, with the current focus being ‘All you need is Chocolate,’ a celebration of all thing’s chocolate.

Current afternoon tea menu highlights four chocolate flavours: dark, white, milk, and caramel. Alanna has crafted four distinct cakes to complement these flavours and will showcase how to make them.

Afternoon tea can never be complete without a scone, Suzanne will demonstrate how to create a perfect scone and the triple chocolate scone.

As you arrive at the Titan Sky Bar on Sunday, 17th March, at 1pm, be greeted with our signature arrival cocktail, the Liquid Pavlova, expertly crafted by our Bars Manager, Ross. Followed by cooking demonstration, and an afternoon tea.


Please note that this event is exclusively for guests aged 18 and above, and only 10 tables are available, ensuring an intimate and engaging experience.

£60 per person

Kindly be aware the afternoon tea can only be customized for those with gluten-free dietary and vegetarians, who consume gelatine.
