Neil has run our teaching centre since it opened in 2000. He was previously the head teaching professional at Braid Hills Golf Range in Edinburgh.In 2007 Neil was voted among Golf Monthly’s prestigious top 25 golf coaches in the UK. He is also one of the Scottish national coaches and works with many of the national elite golfers of Scotland. A recent highlight was David Law winning the Scottish Boys Championship. Neil has coached David for four years.
Neil’s vast experience, enthusiastic approach and teaching skills have helped improve the game of many members.
David Mann PGA Club Professional
David joined our professional staff in 2002, having spent the previous seven years as assistant professional at Peterculter Golf Club.
A fully qualified PGA professional since 1999, David has considerable experience in teaching golfers of all levels.
Iain Donaldson PGA Professional
Iain joined the team in 2004 and is a fully qualified PGA professional. He previously worked at the Scottish National Golf Academy.
Iain is also an excellent player and played Tartan Tour events through the summer of 2009. He has also coached a number of young successful players including the North East Boys Order of Merit winner in 2008 and the North East Boys Matchplay and Strokeplay Champion in 2009.
